Prior to starting you should be prepared for the following
Completion Date
Have a completion date in mind. Stress can increase when performing home changes, a completion date can dramatically decrease stress
Demolition
Demolition can be relatively quick and inexpensive when compared to the actual install. It can take 1 to 3 days at a cost of 5-12 per square foot depending location and project.
Assessment
An assessment of the inner walls, plumbing etc…, will be done. If additional items need fixing or replacement now is the time to assess and repair.
Installation
Plumbing changes are done to match faucets and showers. Tiles installation begins along with accessories and additional hardware such as rails, etc...
Counters & Sinks
Counters, sinks and other features can now be installed and fitted properly.
Backsplash & Mirrors
At this point you are able to visual the outcome and get a good idea of how it will turn out. Backsplash and mirrors can be installed.
Cabinets
The final step is the installation of the cabinets. Last checks are made and the project is ready to be signed off.
